Challenges
Our client was facing staffing challenges and had a new client accounting clean-up project spanning three years. The project was bound to consume several hours of work and their in-house capacity was insufficient. Using a remote service provider was not among the options when MNCO approached them. Considering the complexity of the project, and the need to keep costs low made the client take a chance with MNCO’s proposal.

Working closely with our client, we got in-depth understanding of the business processes of the project. We re-tracked the transactions that took place and analyzed how it was recorded in the books of accounts. We noted several instances of incorrect entries in the books of accounts and went about correcting and reconciling – transaction by transaction.
