Nachi is passionate about helping small to mid-sized accounting and tax practices globally to scale up, and established practices to reinforce their bandwidth and capabilities. He leverages his breadth of business knowledge to provide insights that inform management decision-making, and build transformational processes for creating successful and sustainable accounting and tax practices. He helps global practices on a one-on-one basis, designs bespoke service delivery based on the big picture, and provides strategic support built on people, planning and process to position the client for success, growth and profitability.

Eugene Joannides is a Chartered Accountant and MBA who, in an illustrious career spanning 40 years, served as the Financial, Strategic Planning and Development Director for several publicly quoted companies globally.

Very early in his professional career, Eugene sat as an executive director on the board of several major companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. These companies comprised the largest hotel group, largest resort hotel casino group, largest cinema group, largest steakhouse group and a liquor distribution company that produced international award-winning wines in South Africa. He also managed and led the highly successful IPOs of four of these companies. Several of these companies featured in the Top Ten annual listing of the Sunday Times according to growth in EPS over the past 5 years.

He worked closely with Sol Kerzner, the internationally renowned hotel magnate for over two decades, assisting him in developing and expanding his empire globally. Two hotel properties that he helped develop were ranked as the best resort hotels in the world by The Daily Mail UK and Condé Nast Traveller. He was also a key member of the team that developed and operated the world renowned Sun City Resort.

A successful businessman in his own right, Eugene has business interests that span eleven countries.

Bill Tsotsos is a former practicing CPA (California) and a former financial advisor with two New York stock exchange firms. Since 2011, Bill consults with and coaches CPAs and CPA firms on how to get better professionally and make the transition from subject matter experts to high-impact trusted advisors. Bill is an avid enthusiast of cybersecurity in the accounting profession.

As a former practicing CPA and financial advisor, Bill knows first-hand the challenges to grow a professional practice. He helps CPAs and their practices with the transformation they need, and helps them move to the next level. He has authored several articles on topics surrounding Practice Management in leading magazines such as Accounting Today.
